 The Government Must be Asleep.      President Kenyatta should understand that his regime is now living on borrowed time. His' is a government whose legitimacy has been sanitized by the opposition coalition NASA. It is evident that had it not been for the magnanimity of Raila Odinga- Uhuru's government would have fallen apart years ago. A government's most fundamental duty is to ensure the security and safety of its citizenry and their properties. It should provide conditions favorable for the growth of business across the nation. The circumstances under which the Jubilee government came into power in 2013 were marred with ingenuity, insincerity and self-protection.
